Marta Dominguez The location is perfect (nearby a bia hoi junction in the centre of the old quarter) and the rooms are pretty well noise-proof. We stayed there two alternate nights and we had to change room (201 to 301). Both rooms were very clean, with very big and comfortable beds and both had desktop computers with fast internet connections. Fantastic! Continental breakfast was very decent and abundant. Furthermore, they arranged our taxi to the airport on our last day in Hanoi and the price was 13 USD (!!), when most of the hotels arrange it for 20 USD. Marta Dominguez, deventer (NL). 2010-11-06
Jean Frederick Botteldoorn We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights july 2010). We were delighted of the service, the staff was very helpfull and helped us a lot with all kind of good advice. We absolutely recommand this hotel!!!
Mr. Gelleh My husband and I had very good rates on the rooms 30$/1night - delightul and comfortable. And the room come with computer and wifi! Prior to the trip, we communicated online with the hotel manager to help us get the Sapa and Halong package. You know how there are so many warnings in the internet forums about tour scams and all that? Well, you can most definitely trust the hotel to get you the best reasonable deal and be reassured that you will not be scammed. We enjoyed our Sapa easy trekking and one night junk stay at Halong Bay. If only the weather wasn\'t so unbearably hot in Hanoi!
ChangesInAttitude This hotel is right in the Old Quarter so it\'s convenient if you want to shop; but be prepared for the wild traffic and noise there. Our stay here was OK. The room was nice and clean. I had requested a quiet room which meant lots of climbing - 6 flights to the top, no elevator. The staff was helpful although she would only book a Hanoi tour for us through her preferred company (which ended up being in a hot van and the tour dropped one of the most important museums from the day\'s trip), so I\'d recommend shopping around a bit on your own for tours. But the staff was friendly, carried some of our bags upstairs, kept our luggage for us, and provided a decent daily breakfast. We ended up leaving Hanoi a day early so we were charged for the ride from the airport (apparently it\'s only a free ride if you stay 3 nights in the hotel - something not disclosed in our emails).
